| Yes, I know it is only September, but it is never too early to start thinking about Christmas songs! Here is what I have so far (I am purchasing the Celtic Woman Chritmas song book): Enya “the spirit of Christmas” “miraculum” “Oiche Chìuìn” (English Maybe)
Celtic Women “Merry Little Christmas” “Little Drummer Boy” “Carole of the Bells”
That is all I have so far, I don't know if the Enya sheet music is available.

| I'm very excited, weee! ^^ My ideas are: -"As long as there's Christmas" from "BatB 2" - I made one version with many harmonies because I was bored -"Silent Night" Hmmm... I have to think about that | |

| We could go super traditional and sing "the Twelve Days Of Christmas"? Or maybe Faith Hills "Where Are You Christmas" And really choir it up.
Or Silent Night would be beautiful with all us ladies singing it together! Or Oh Holy Night - the Mariah Carey version could be a benchmark.
I thought maybe something like that would be good because it would show that we really are a CHOIR by making really ORIGINAL harmony arrangements for the songs, also since we will be doing a lot of Imogen Heap and Enya etc it may be nice to Elysium-ify something that isn't typically built on Harmony...
but thats just my humble opinion feel free to ignore it! I'm happy with whatever we do! xD

| O Holy Night and Silent Night are some of my favorite Christmas songs. That second Enya song is actually an arrangement of Silent night in Gaelic I believe. I LOVE them both I think doing a traditional carol and then more of a modern carol would be a good mix. My two tops are Silent night and merry little christmas. I am buying an arrangement of merry little christmas, but I need one for silent night. We could write one or I could try and find one somewhere. | |

| Hmmm... I see that we've got a lot of ideas for Christmas songs. I've got a question then: Do we want to post every song at this Christmas time, or do we want to divide posting them for next several years? If we want to put all of them this year's Christmas, we should start recording as soon as it is possible | |

| I was thinking two for this year if that is doable. I think it is if we get into that right away after "weep no more"

You mean, 2 Christmas songs in this year, or 2= "Weep no more" + one Christmas song?

| If at all possible Weep no more for fall plus two Christmas songs. If not then we'll have to choose just one. | |

| My vote on the christmas song goes to 'have yourself a merry little christmas'. It has been my favorite ever since I heard Judy Garland sing it it Meet Me in St Louis | |
